The folks here are very accommodating and friendly. I took a solo kayak trip with my dog. I was happy with the various birds I was seeing and then the amazing. A mama bear with three cubs was along the shore and then all got in the water. The cubs were playing and splashing but as the current brought me closer, Mama got them out. They walked down the shore and then disappeared into the bushes. Just awesome. I took the 4 mile trip that ended at the Bushkill access area. Did not wait long for them to pick me up. Loved it.
